About the product

Three layers and mugwort

The patch has three layers: a warming layer (iron powder, activated charcoal, salt, water), a herbal pouch with dried mugwort (Artemisia argyi), and an adhesive layer of medical adhesive and nonwoven fabric. Each pack contains 4 warming patches.

Use

Apply and leave in place

The patch activates automatically. Within minutes it begins to give off pleasant warmth at an average temperature of around 48 °C, lasting for several hours.

• Remove the protective paper from the adhesive layer.
• Apply to the desired area, for example the lower back, neck or shoulders.
• Use for 6–8 hours; the patch is single-use.
• Use 1–2 patches per day, with at least a one-hour break between applications.

When working seated or standing

The patch’s pleasant warmth may be welcome if you spend much of your working day sitting or standing and would like a moment of relaxation.

Warmth on the abdomen and lower back

You can also use the patch on your abdomen or lower back, where pleasant warmth contributes to a feeling of comfort.

Warnings before use

Not suitable for pregnant women, people with cardiovascular problems or a raised body temperature. Do not use on damaged skin, inflammation or wounds. For external use only.

Skin reactions and storage

If rare reactions such as blisters occur, pause use and care for the skin. Store in a cool, dry place out of children’s reach.
