The cushions come from older stock in our warehouse, which is why we offer them at a lower price. This is a general notice, not the rule: the cushions are normally in perfect condition. Individual items may show minor cosmetic signs of storage (such as packaging marks) that do not affect usability. Buckwheat husks are a natural material and may change slightly during prolonged storage, for example in smell or colour. These stated effects of storage and natural material are not a material defect. The statutory right to withdraw within 14 days remains.
